Just found out that if your an 02 phone customer, and providing it's not a business phone, they'll give you £200 credit towards your phone bill.

I'm on o2 phone as well as broadband. Just wondering how you got the phone credit - was it by saying you wanted to take your broadband custom elsewhere? Sounds like a good deal.

Hi there
I just rang them up said I wasn't happy & was thinking about leaving as I didn't want to be hassled by Sky as I don't want their tv.
After looking at my account etc they said if you renew with the free bb for a year they would also give me£200 to my mobile account. After it has been applied they said by speaking to customer services it could be paid to my bank. They said give that part 14-21 days due to cool off period etc.

Anyone else having problems getting the £200 applied & taken off their mobile account ?

I am having terrible problems they keep saying its applied but my DD doesnt go down.

Would love to hear if its only me.

I think it will be OFCOM next.
