Depending on your size of slow cooker a rack/half rack of ribs does lovely in there with your choice of marinade/glaze. Slow cooked ribs can't beat them!

Lamb shanks if you can find some are lovely done in slow cooker. Add in some large chopped veggies and some anchovies (yes really!) with plenty of garlic and you will have lamb to die for after 6 hours or so. Just serve with some pots/mash or rice whatever is easiest

Large joints of meat do lovely in these slow cookers so just throw some stuff in. Cheap joints are fine!

I use 'cook in' or 'roasting' bags in my slow cooker to cook all sorts of things in, several things at once works in mine. Saves all the washing up!

i do chicken curry in mine ,cut uncooked chicken into bits,put in slow cooker ,add onion,,frozen peas, a jar of curry sorce,leave to cook on auto, ready in around 5 hrs ,make your rice on the hob as it only takes 20 min to cook and serve with garlic bread, mmmmmmmm yummy x
