It would depend on how the OP approached sunncamp. He/she sounds really pi##ed off and if he/she was aggressive towards sunncamp, then maybe they were right to ignore communications.
On the other hand sunncamp could’ve explained about the life expectancy of the tent. But then should they need to? The tent would’ve been guaranteed for 12 months, so why would the OP think they had right to claim after the 12 month period?
Reading one of the posts, the tent leaked in the first 12 months. Assuming I have this point correct, one can assume that this issue was dealt with properly at the time, "under guarantee". If sunncamp did this then good on them.
I have had sunncamp tents and found them to be good for the price, never had any problems and would definitely recommend them to anyone 
Sorry to the OP, but on this occasion, given what you say in the original post, you are in the wrong. 
This is only my opinion, and is not intended to offend. Obviously there maybe more to the story, but with what we have here, that’s my opinion.
