Busy putting together the management board for my Community Interest Company and have been trying to find a simple outline of what is expected of the following roles: Company Secretary and Chair of Board.
There's lots of info on line but mostly is convoluted and long winded relating to big corporate organisations. Here, it's just little me for the time being but I'm in need of some simple guidance regarding these roles.

If it's a charity, not for profit organisation then it's slightly different to a regular company as you may well be dealing with restricted funds etc. It kind of depends how the income is generated ie grants and voluntary contributions or through selling services or products....
