Hi I have a S3 mini but I don't think the model will make much difference what I would like to know how do I turn on the key sounds on my phone.

When typing a text I get a beeping sound everytime I insert a character. How do I turn this off, I like my phone silent.

Try settings - sounds - volume- then turn system sounds down.
There might also be a settings menu on your keyboard but I use a different one so can't check

Actually sound - system - keytones
There's a few others there too. I've just turned them all down via the first method

Mine beeps and whistles all over the place and I have no idea what beep is for what. One is for an e mail, one for a message and one for the notification of either. At least I have managed to turn off a random bell and turn it into a whistle but still not sure what it is telling me.
