Not used the Euroshuttle (although almost caught one the other week when we went into town but the HS1 arrived first).
It takes about 17mins to get to St Pancras Intnl and then you have a choice of either the circle/district lines to Paddington or victoria line to Oxford circus and then change to bakerloo line (just across the platform - but you do travel into town a little to travel out again) or a bus or taxi - it all depends on what day of the week and time of the day you are travelling and how much time you have to get across town.
If you're lucky with connections, you may get from St Pancras to Paddington in around 20 mins or so, but best to allow 30mins to be on the safe side.
