Storm? No sign of it here! A bit of rain during the night and bright sunshine at the minute and barely a breeze.
Darn sarf it seems a bit different......
We got the storm in Denmark this afternoon, highest gale force ever measured here. I had to go outdoors to secure some garden furniture, then the neighbour's big wastebin came flying by, sprinkling it's contents over the area, and I was hit in the face by a fast flying twig, so I made a hasty retreat!

We must have been a bit higher altitude to Jaiash, we did get some very heavy rain for a while, and it got quite breezy around daybreak, but nothing as bad as suffered by those in the South.
My stepbrother lives in a rural part of Suffolk, and they have flooding in the lanes, loss of power and the phone lines are down, hes cut off from the world apart from his mobile, and has quite a bit of tree debris to clear away from his garden and the surrounding area.

We knew we weren't going to get the worst of the weather but woke this morning to find that other than rain the storm had passed further South and had missed us completely. Hope people effected by power loss are back on the grid sooner than later.
