I think they're amazing. You could do a bag, cushion covers, pyjama cases, all as suggested. Local craft fairs/farmers markets would be a start. Does a local florists/craft centre/garden centre allow locals to display & sell, "stuff?"
Failing that, what about putting an advert on EBay?
For something so handmade like that, I would expect to pay around £30 - £40.
The only word of caution, be careful selling them as brand names of certain well known puppets, you could end up with a breach of copyright or whatever the legislation is.
Best of luck with your venture!
How sad people think like this, the HUGE time and effort put in to handmade unique items is probably only appreciated by a small market but granted there is a market for these items. I wish you well it is something i'd buy as my family see how much time i put into handmade things. My mum made all my clothes when young so we appreciate the effort it's kind of ingrained in us all and my daughters are multi skilled too.
Why go to high street stores and join the hoards when you can buy a one off lol that's how i look at it.

It is always a good idea to follow the fashion trends. At moment a real fad is the head warmer (fur types that are just a ring around the head rather than a hat) For some reason people wear the most ridiculous things on their heads. I mean the eccentric hats are everywhere. Could you adapt your design to suit this trend. Have a look at the Christmas fairs and get ready for next year too. Some of the things they are selling come out every year and people buy them.
By the way I am not saying your design is ridiculous just the the designs are zany for headgear, the zanyer and character designerish the better, it seems.
Just want to add that many many years ago my Mum saw some scrunchies (hair ties)somewhere 'before they were famous' and started to make them herself out of scraps of fabric and she used to sell them to the local shop who sold loads of them on for pennies. She also made plastic bag holders and personalised them with little fabric witches and they were so popular she became quite famous in the locality. She did this for her favourite charity but we always said she could have gone into business herself.
A good idea to have your own identifiable design or theme and then your ones will be unique. You cannot compete with cheap Chinese imports but they focus on a product you can focus on a unique theme for an already popular product. If that makes sense.
