I am seriously thinking of having business cards made with the poem on them and dropping them off at the increasing number of medical establishments I seem to be visiting these days.

To be honest though I find the majority of nurses first class, very sympathetic and helpful...it is certain doctors, and particularly consultants who I have come across, who  behave like car mechanics and perhaps need a little reminder about humanity.
