As long as you give enough notice, you can book in for haemo dialysis at many hospitals in the UK whilst on holiday. Once the fistula is established and treatment has stabilised, many are willing to take 'tourists. My MIL visited a few.
Once the treatment starts at your 'home' hopital, they can help to organise it for you, although you may be offered some duff time slots as they do the locals and those who still need to attend work first.
