hi folks..at the moment im listening to elbows new album the take of and landing of everything..i think its gone to number one in the uk album charts..my standout tracks are real angels and my sad captain.. its been released to coincide with their uk tour .. weve going to see them again at the Liverpool echo arena in april ..and I cant wait as we saw them there last year and they were superb..guy garveys a cracking singer and frontman and knows how to get the audience participating till then ill keep listening to the new album for a good old fashioned singalong next month.

Off to see them on the 14th I think. Downloaded the album yesterday but not really had a proper listen.
They're great live though, and really upped their game last year in the stadiums.

Formed in Ramsbottom, and I wonder if there fame has increased the value of the apartments, which used to be a pub called the Corner Pin were they used to perform.

Must get some of there music and have a listen, nice to see a front man, that does not look like some teenage airbrushed pretty boy.

if money is no object you can eat at simon rogan in the midland hotel, or you can eat and drink in moon under water [weatherspoons]on deansgate not far from the areana,or sams chop house cross st. and china town has plenty to offer.

hi leanne..theres a red hot eating place in Manchester ..all you can eat buffet ..pretty cheap..we went to the one in Liverpool one ..very good value

We too love Elbow and have dreamt of seeing them in the West Country for a few years now.  Well, hopefully by the end of today our dreams will be close to coming true......they are appearing at the Eden Project in July and tickets go on sale later today to us with a Devon or Cornwall billing address!!!

Keep everything crossed for us, coz we can't wait!!
