AS well as assorted leaves, warm baby new potatoes with a bit of salad cream on them, beetroot, assorted cherry tomatoes (LIDL do a nice pack with three types in it) celery chopped into little bits, thick cucumber slices cut into little wedges.
Sometimes I omit the spuds and do some nice Mediterranean spicy cous-cous instead.
Sometimes I leave the salad cream off the spuds and do a nice vinaigrette dressing on them while they're still warm.
