Hi I have a large garden in the country and would like to find someone reliable to care for our 6 chickens in return for free pitch including water, electric, waste toilet/water disposal. Sounds a good crack! I used to look after chickens as part of my job as a part time gardener after I retired. The people I worked for had chickens. I don't know how long the OP will be away for but chickens tend to look after themselves providing the hopper is full of food and water is provided. Might be sick of eggs after awhile though

How many hens do you have and are they free range? What sort of time and dates were you thinking off? We have hens too and might be interested in this idea.
