I've just returned from a 6 week trip to the UK. One of the top things on my list of items to bring back was porridge. (It's called oatmeal here and is one of my favorite winter breakfasts!)

I have recently been taking a pot of the Oat So Simple porridge with me to the local carboots.

Nothing like hearing a whistling kettle to let you know it's time for a hot cuppa and your breakfast at 6am on a Sunday morning.
