We had a trampoline for a while but gave up on it.

2 reasons: the girls kept bumping into each other; my pelvic floor didn't like it!

My neighbours had a large trampoline, but they dug a big hole with drainage and sunk the trampoline level with the ground.

Much better all round, safer for the girls and not intrusive at all for me .

It'd be much better to bury the kids in the hole. Not intrusive for anyone.

(Grumpy Old Git has neighbours with same item in their garden.)

Our neighbour had a trampoline. When he dismantled it - or the wind did - the supports fell to one side and caused blunt trauma damage to the brick wall between us - that is, the 100+ year old brick 2m high boundary wall has collapsed. So we now have to bring in a brickie. Neighbour has denied all knowledge...

When my neighbour put in an outdoor Jacuzzi for his wife so she could bathe naked, they also put in a six-foot fence for privacy, so I had to buy a ladder ..... only joking ;-)
