What's the 'graham cracker' recipe louise? We might be able to suggest an alternative recipe using available ingredients.

Have you tried with 'water biscuits'? Or a 'morning coffee'. You need a plain biscuit not too crumbly.

Martha Stewart describes them as a "sweet whole wheat cookie" which would suggest something similar to a digestive biscuit to me.

Love s'mores and when we have them here we use Rich Tea biscuits! It's the filling and joy of making them that's the best bit anyway!

My neighbour is American and she uses either Rich Tea or Digestive biscuits to make s'mores when camping in the UK.
For an extra indulgent twist, use chocolate or the chocolate caramel digestives!!

We use Rich Tea biscuits for s'mores. I remember being fascinated by Graham Crackers when I read the "Ramona Quimby" series as a little girl, I just assumed they were like cream crackers - clearly not!

I make them with my Beaver colony and we use digestive biscuits... sometimes even choc ones which are very scrummy indeed!

Asian supermarkets sometimes have them as they import a lot of American food and usually not overly priced either. I have seen them beside a Chinese equivalent.
