We have just been away for a week and managed pancakes with crispy bacon and maple syrup, we also did a chicken risotto and a chicken curry - these were done in the paella pan - we have also done a stir fry - there is a post on here with lots of suggestions you might want to search for - and google cadac recipes - that comes up with some ideas as well.

A paella pan will open up more possibilities and make cleaning easier which will make you more likely to use it

Full English or similar all in one pan

Salmon in foil and sauteed style potatoes maybe with some peppers and onions cooked all together

Any rice based dish can be cooked all in one pan especially if using risotto style rice or similar

Pasta Bake style dishes can be cooked in one pan

Stir fry

As mentioned lots of ideaas on line and you can get a Cadac cookbook for more ideas

Our favourite is roast chicken or roast pork, roast spuds and other roast veggies. We like our full english too, all done together - simples. Best invention ever.

All the usual BBQ stuff. Lots of fish. Duck breasts. Do them all on the ridged plate thingie. Pealla is great too.

My husband does the best ever full English, complete with what my kids now call "Daddy toast" which is basically a healthier version of fried bread but with the juices of the bacon and mushrooms! Yum!
My favourite so far has been fajitas, using the paella pan. We even cooked the tortillas on it, We are going away in a couple of weeks and plan to do a cheats biryani (with a bag from Waitrose) and a few extras to jazz it up a bit
