There are any number of Disney characters you could choose. not sure if the modern ones are of traditional Hollywood origin, but the children probably aren't going to be that bothered over historical accuracy.

Just cheat! A Hollywood film has been made about everything under the sun, so just see what she wants to wear, and do a bit of makeup to fit a character!
Does her name give you any clues? Being a Fiona, I'd have to paint my skin Shrek green. Merida from Brave if she has red hair? (or you can buy a wig - our XS warehouse has things like this). Lots of funky cartoon heroines if you google...
