I really don't know what to do, I had my hair hi-lighted yesterday, and when I got home I noticed some very bright white , uneven blonding. Also the trim was "shabby" and not at at all chic.

Should I call the salon, or go back there?

I hate complaining, but it was £60.00 for half head foils, and it looks rubbish.

I have been to this place before, and I was happy with all previous cuts etc.

Now I am nervous - going to the hairdresser for the first time this year and having it highlighted by the hairdresser for the first time in 30 odd years I knew I shouldn't have read this post!

Hey all,

thanks so much for all your good words and advice.

I went back late afternoon and hey presto she was great,

I had some lo lights put on the bright bits and the cut was straightened.

All is well, and I am very happy.

Deffo no pics, I could hardly bear to look at myself so I'm not giving you lot a free laugh and Bob61, I prefer not to imagine what you may mean.

Hairdresser said she was almost happy that I came back so she could right it. Regular clients are few and far between.
