Hi betsy,
I'm really sorry to hear that your motorhome was stolen. My neighbour had a truck stolen in a similar way, towed away by a 4x4. I'm not sure how they did it, whether it was just a tow-rope or some sort of lifting device under the front wheels/axle. We're in a fairly rural area so not much CCTV, it was just caught on the CCTV of a local pub as it passed by. I hope you get it back soon.
While it's too late in this case, I think it goes to show that with an expensive asset like a motorhome, it's worth considering fitting a tracking device so that your vehicle can be tracked/located if it is stolen.
I wonder if motorhomes are stolen to order, or for export, like some of the expensive cars you read about.
Anyway, let's hope you get some good news about this soon, Betsy.
