Great second half from England. Could have won by more.
The scummaging in rugby union is still a problem as the game can get held up for two or three minutes at a time. It's great to see packs shoving to gain an advantage but the constant collapsing, wheeling and resetting is a pain. They can learn a thing or two from league here.
Sorry John, but have to disagree with you on your last sentence, scrummaging in League in my opinion is a complete farce, the ball on most occasions never even enters the scrum, (I am an ex pro League player).
For years while serving in the Army I refused to play what I considered "puffy" Union. I was eventually talked into playing and I was so pleased I did, biggest shock I ever had! In my position as a stand off (fly half), I was looked after by the forwards. There was proper tactics to the game, yes it does have its downside, kicking backwards and forwards. After leaving the Army, I tried to return to the game I once lived and breathed for, I was so frustrated, yes things have changed, some for the better, but I really can't stand watching League anymore. JMO and each to their own.
