If you have taken the free trial they have already told you when it ended and when the money would be taken.

I think you may have missed the point of the origonal post.
It's pretty obvious that had I signed up for the service I would have been aware of the expiry date of the free trial and the pending debit. However, NOT being aware that Amazon had granted me a months free trial for something I neither asked for nor wanted then I wouldn't be aware that I needed to cancel something I didn't know exsisted............Mick
