Which sites (if any) do people trust most ?

Met Office. Everyone else uses their data. The App is very accurate indeed - as my wet washing confirms: rain at 3 pm, it said. And it did...

camping and fishing i use BBC as i find most accurate. unless it says what i don't want to hear, then ill scour the web for anything that shows a bit of sun. if that fails, then they're all rubbish and weathermen never get it right anyway.

So if you had that accurate information it begs the question why did you put the washing out?

I always use BBC they seem to update pretty frequently, but like everyone else they don't always get it right, bottom line really is don't trust the weather

West coast of Scotland - xc weather. Used by fishermen and fish farmers, it's pretty accurate but how good it is elsewhere I'm not sure, though it certainly got it right for last weekend in Kielder Forest!

I like Netweather. It seems to be accurate and they have extras like a Lightning Detector so you can see how storms are moving. It also explains things like the jetstream and how this affects our weather.

We all got an app on our phone call 'Rain alarm'.

Shows you a map of the UK, and then shows any possible rain on the way.

Very handy when working out in the fields, you can work nearly right up to the minute the rain arrives.

Combine this with the met offices' forecast, it's pretty good.

I use netweather too, love the extra's. Usually reliable too, which helps 😃

I find xcweather to be the most accurate. But only within a day or so. I dont think any weather forecast site is any good beyond that.

The Norwegian website 'yr.no' has a fantastic forecast. It really is very accurate and you can look long term for about 10 days, though I wish I just hadn't as rain is forecast next weekend when we have a big family camp on!

I used to use Metcheck but I now use the BBC Weather website as it's forecast is more accurate imo.
