Spent ages this afternoon trying to browse sites and CLs, but the website was down, not allowing access to lots of the important areas. This is happening more and more lately, and is very frustrating.
Any other forum members noticed this?

Couldn't 'update' my personal details a while back.

Ended up emailing them to do it for me....

Which took them THREE WEEKS in total to respond and then do it!!!!!!

There were problems earlier today. Trouble is never sure whether its the website or the servers the Club use. I use about 10 hobby related forums and the Club one is the only one that suffers from such problems. Can't remember the last time UKCampsite was down!!!!

The other night it was so slow I gave up. Was okay earlier when I popped on. I suppose it is a busy time of year, but you'd still think they'd have servers with enough capacity to cope.

We had great fun trying to book ferries for 2 days this week,it returned no results,yet going on ferry company sites showed spaces!
After one more go finally it worked,otherwise I would have phoned next day.

I have always found web pages of the caravan club very slow to open. Although they get there eventually but it is very frustrating. I wander why this is? I did think it was my internet speed but other website pages open fine.
