Does anyone know what is happening just outside Crianlarich southbound? The new bypass is finished but just a bit south there are 2 separate areas off road with portacabins, diggers etc. looks like a sizeable job but curious to know what's being done.
Not saying this is right, feeblecat, but there's a new hydro scheme going in hance works accesses as you climb up from Ardlui beyond the Falls of Falloch. I'm wondering if the construction site by the railway line south of the station is to do with that in some way?

Maybe Ficklejade. It looks like it could be a big job.

No, not affecting traffic at all, the work is off road that I can see. I was just wondering what it is as I pass it almost every week.
diesel steve, if referring to roadworks north of Crianlarich heading to Tyndrum, we've not had info of major issues - just traffic may be a bit slower. As feeblecat says the works south of Crianlarich on A82 are off road, bar a couple of crossing points/works accesses and not been held up there.

Their building a wall to keep the English oot
As Crianlarich is about 190km North of the Border I'm glad lots of Scotland is still available for me to come and spend that 'orrible money with that 'orrible Queen on. At least I'm not some kilt wearing Yank or Canadian getting back to their 'roots'...
