Another vote for Karndean, find your local stockist then go and have a look. I was quoted £760 by local shop to supply and fit to do our hall way. Bought the tiles online for about £150 delivered, found a fitter , the fitting, including the screed was £150.
They can do plain or designs with borders.. all sorts.

Yes it can
It levels from 3mm upto 50mm
I said 10mm because I'd got the 8mm gouge in my head
Obviously the less depth of the leveller the more coverage

There are lots of different Luxury Vinyl Tiles around now not just Karndean.
It all depends on how often you want to change your flooring, there are some good vinyl's around now.
I have just done half a large lounge area in LVT for a lady with her husband in a wheel chair. It was an engineered wood plank design and looked fantastic.
We also have a marble effect LVT in our kitchen and its been down for years, the wife won't let me change.
Your floor will have to be as level as possible and smooth, the tiles are laid on pressure sensitive adhesive.

Hi the floor is getting done on Friday,we were busy all weekend getting electrics done (more mess) and we have a plasterer coming on Wednesday,both back at work now so not a lot of time but still deciding on what to put on the floor when its done but some sort of vinyl tiles are the most likely choice Ive sent for some samples so hopefully will get sorted soon.Thanks again Rosie
