Be careful out there all you adrenaline junkies and lovers of extreme pastimes , a man has died in Australia after he crashed his shopping trolley , whilst taking part in a race , another participant in the race was injured , police say the man who died reached speeds of up to 50 mph , they don't say how they know this , was he involved in a cop car chase ? Or were speed cameras present ? . All I know is that I shall be a lot more alert when ambling along Morrisons aisles from now on , no longer just watching out for the ankle and hip dodgems .

I was going to say I bet they weren't locals! Everyone in the area knows that huge lumps of chalk are always falling off the cliffs there.
When you walk along that stetch of the Seven Sisters, you can see cracks in the turf where there are fissures in the rock beneath.

Good point miserly , it also makes you wonder if the trolley owners are liable , next thing you know trolleys will come with warning signs . No racing , unsafe for canal trips , low insulation qualities .
