Hi everyone,
Help needed :(
We booked to go to Rome for the weekend and used the advanced search on the Expedia website selecting free airport transfers. On the hotel page it clearly stated (twice) free airport transfers.
On this basis we booked the hotel. We have tried to book the free airport transfers and sent expedia the screenshots of the two mentions of the free airport transfers but expedia are arguing that in the small print it says that the hotel charges for transfers.
I've emailed Expedia to ask them what exactly they mean by FREE AIRPORT TRANSFERS and await their reply.
Has anyone else came across this before and how was it resolved? We leave early Friday morning so not much time before we go to get it resolved :'(
