I am so sorry, I was convinced that I had replied to your meat slicer question, only to discover today that it hadn't posted!
The slicer in question is a Bosch one and it was from Amazon. (other sites and makes available)

I got my electric meat slicer from Lakeland Plastics a couple of years ago as I make my own bread or on occasion buy unsliced and it makes a fantastic job of even slices at a thickness I like as shop sliced bread is too thick. Roasts can also be sliced as thick or thin as you want much easier than doing it by hand.
