Hi if I make raspberry pavlova using shop bought meringue nest frozen fruit and fresh double cream
Can I make a batch and freeze them or could I just freeze half of the double cream before whisking it?

It has to be double cream otherwise it will separate and have a curdled consistancy even when whipped. The frozen whipped cream desserts have a commercial additive to prevent this as part of the manufacturing process.

I had the most delicious pavlova at a Christmas do last week, individual meringue nests, and seemed to be a bag of mixed frozen berries stirred into whipped cream. Presumably, it would only take a moment to assemble each one to serve, if speed is what you are aiming for?
