I am in the process of buying a Campingaz 400ST and will be running it off propane as I may be using it in colder conditions. Does the size of the gas cylinder determine the size of the regulator that you need to accompany the unit.

You need the correct regulator for the bottle whatever the size. Your gas supplier will advise.

All sizes of red Calor propane bottles use this regulator for use with your stove. If you have green Calor patio gas bottle which is also propane then you need 27mm clip regulator 37mb.
