Hi sorry to hear that you have to have Dialysis, I know it was discussed sometime ago as someone asked about getting their treatment whilst away camping, so hopefully someone will be along soon to help.
Good luck with your treatment, are you down for a transplant ?
If you ask at your next hospital appointment they maybe able to provide you with a list of hospitals with renal units that do dialysis close to the area you wish to visit. Its just a case of your care team providing you with the appropiate documentation and booking your required visits in before you travel.
There is a second form of dialysis that involves the use of infusions into the peritoneal cavity, which once the patient has been trained to do these, require no hospital visit and can be done at home or in a caravan ect.
The best and most upto date advice will be from your consultant and renal team who know your specific requirements, and the national locations of centres equiped to deal with them.
