Yes plenty of parking. If you are driving up from Plymouth then you might want to find something to do within 20 minutes of the airport. Then get who you are meeting to ring you when coming though baggage reclaim. That way you are not having to pay for anything more than about 15 minutes parking.

For those who didn't check out the link, you can have two hours free parking in the long stay car parks, and use the free bus transfer for you and your party to get to and from the terminal, which runs every 5-10 minutes. You can stop for 45 minutes free at the MacDonalds on the perimeter road when you get there, and use the free wifi to check the plane has landed before you meet your party, too, but they are strict, so don't go over time. Or just call them and tell them which long term car park to come to, Zone A, B etc
