Possibly the other tablet for anti-nausea is prochlorperazine - that's what I've just had to go back onto, at a lower dose; I think I came off the tablets too fast last week, as I had a bit of a dodgy weekend and a visit to the Dr this morning. Am also doing some sitting-up-lying-down exercises called Brandt-Dorf, or something like that. Just have to see how things go. I can get on with things reasonably well - managed to cut the grass this afternoon! - but still feel a bit unsteady and have to take things carefully. Benign? Yeah riiight...
