Not that resort, but have been to Menorca and stayed in Binibeca - our daughter was about 14 months old at the time.
Lovely island, Cala n Bosch is as far from the airport as you can get - about an hour by car. If there are other drop offs along the way it could be a 2 hour transfer.
Well worth having a car to see more of the island.
I haven't been to Cala n Bosch but Menorca is a very family friendly island. We took our two (now both teenagers) when they were 9 months and nearly 3, and then again when they were 4 and 6.
I wouldn't have any reservations about taking little ones.

Has anyone been here?
We are thinking of going here with our daughter who will be nearly 2 at the time. We want to be able to go out for dinner etc.
Menorca is super child friendly
Calan Bosch is one of the busier parts of the island although no where near as busy as other popular european destinations.
Depends exactly what your looking for but Cala Blanca, calan n forcat santrandia region have some super small beaches within coves which are very suitable for children to swim paddle etc etc abit these areas are generaly quieter than calan bosch
Cuitadella the capital is only a bus ride from the above and is definitely worth a visit(not calan bosch)
Calan Porter is also a good choice but its a long hike up and down to the beach which like calan bosch is within a cove but more vast than the other 3 mentioned.
Menorca has suffered with a down turn in tourism since the Euro was introduced with many restaurants tapas bars being more expensive than other European destinations and as a rich island they seemed disinterested in addressing this issue.
This was still the case the last time we went(4 years ago) but hopefully when we return in June they will have smelt the roses and it will be a little more populated with tourism
That aside its one of our favourite destinations and a beautiful island especially if your after a chilled out relaxing quiet break.
Go for it
its an ideal destination with a little one
We went to Cala n Bosch and stayed in Viva Menorca. Lovely resort area, great beach but the restaurant area around the harbour is really struggling with many of them closed down. They have been hit hard by the big hotels all going to all inclusive and taking their trade away but I guess this affects many spanish resorts
