Recieved. My PiP forms earlier this year filled them in with everything detail I could. Then an assessor came to see me and went through
The whole thing with me adding a few things I'd missed , not an unpleasant hour. 8 weeks later had the news I'd been awarded PiP
So can now get on with life.
