Considering getting this for our smallish back garden. We have a patio area which has a manhole in the corner, so can't have decking or pavers over it. The rest of the patio is paved and this is the area I'd like to cover with artificial grass. I know it's possible to lay it on top of pavers, just wondered if anyone had any experience or advice please.

It is possible to deck over a manhole cover. All you have to do it plan your bearers and decking so that the bearers dont obstruct the manhole and that you can out hinges on the decking so that it can simply be opened like a trapdoor.
------------- It'll work out in the end!!!!
I didn't do it !! Nobody saw me do it !! You can't prove anything !!

Here's a link to a handy article about it:

I found this interesting as I was thinking of doing the same myself in our back garden. Here is the link below.
I've decked over manhole covers no problems, as Mike J says plan your bearers and add a hatch for access. I have also paved over manholes using a recessed cover that takes the pavers to match existing.
------------- Just saying
If all is not lost where is it then?
