Oh wow, that's half of your internals gone!

Hope all goes well for you and that you will get to your camping trips all shipshape and fancy free, so to speak.

Oh, Don't be so dramatic, Duffers! By my calcs, it's nowhere near half! In fact, it's barely a third! Other than that... good post!

In all seriousness, it's great to hear all seems to have gone well, Welshy, and I'm more than happy to add my name to the list of well wisher's.

If all goes to plan (fingers crossed) we'll be away camping this time next week. If so, I'll try to find time to bring some pics back, to aid your recovery, seeing as I ate all the grapes I bought you!

Now, you just take it easy, my little Welsh friend, and make that UKCS catch up a long slow process. I'm no medical expert, but this doesn't sound like the kind of stuff you can rush back to full fitness from!
I also get the impression that there will be tests and results to follow, before you get a confirmed all clear? If that's the case, don't forget your friends on here, when you get the good news!

Just one more thing... Have you considered the need to change your username to "welshwiz0.66", or shall we just keep it rounded up to the nearest whole number?

Cheers all. It will be a long recovery,
All that ive had removed this time adds to the left kidney that went 10 years ago complete with cancerous tumor. To be told what had been taken this time was pretty devastating. But i have a lot of support off family and good friends, especially my fantastic other half.without who i would still be in hospital.
I feel tired and down at the moment until the arrival of my youngest grandson, who with his smiles and love makes my day brighter. Roll on next May a week in Cloverfields
so if any of you are in the area the kettles always on.

GW and I, sending you our best wishes for a speedy recovery welshwiz. Oh how I long for the day when the big C will be a thing of the past. As you probably know the feeling down seems to be quite common after a major operation, I know I got it after my big op. Grandchildren should be on a prescription, as they aid recovery far more than any medication. Get well soon, and get back out there!

Bless you, that is a whole lot to get done! It's no wonder you're feeling down - you must be exhausted. Lovely that you have a camping trip booked up - that'll give you something to look forward to. Best wishes and hugs for a speedy and complete recovery xxx
