No to Safestyle and definitely not Anglian either. really bad experience with them. We had a local company that came recommended by a couple of friends. very happy.

Hate to say it, but our neighbour had Safestyle and we had local company. Their windows are definitely better than ours, you can hear people having a conversation as they go past with ours and not with theirs 😞

Update, my MIL has cancelled second visit by Safestyle, and made an appointment with a local company.
I have also found out that she plans to pay on her Barclaycard, no way.
Just shows how vunerable some elderly people are, without some one to look out for them.
Will try to get her a 0% on purchases Card, she banks with Santander and they have one.
