Not quite. The year 1 tax will be dependent on the vehicles emissions and could cost anything up to £2000. Then, for the next 5 years ie years two to six, the annual road tax would be £140 plus the additional £310 levy (assuming that this does not decrease/increase in any future budget).
Therefore, a 2.0L diesel Jaguar F-Pace (R-Sport auto and above) will cost £200 for year 1 and then £450 a year for the next 5 years. Total additional road tax (over and above the standard rate at £140) will be £1610.
