Actually, I can't stand the words "unprecedented" and "absolutely" . We used to play a game called bullsh*t bingo when I was working. We had sheets of paper with words like these on and ticked them off when our boss, who used to like to" think outside the box" was giving us a pep talk. Once filled in the winner would call out "bullsh*t" and the rest would fall about laughing. I must add we had a boss with a very good sense of humour 😂
In fact, "Actually" and "as a matter of fact" are possibly used no more than "in reality", "in actuality", "in truth", "if truth be told", "to tell the truth" and "to all intents and purposes" - although, "in effect", there is little factual evidence to support any of these so-called "facts"....
