Well after praising them after having good results from friends etc in the past, I finally got my Issabella Penta awning back after sending it to the bas**s.Luck as it I only sent the roof part. Well it came back after phone calls distroyed. It smells like its' been washed in bleech! The stitching is rotton as hell, dont need any force to pull the stitching apart. I thought it was weird when they told me that they will deliver it them self's as they had sacked the couriers. They asked me for my name & address & if i had paid for it. As if i wasnt on the pc, (if they had one) I feel sorry for those who might have lost there awningfull stop. So .. Barry at Canvas repair is giving it a looking at this wed. On the bench soon as. This wont be a cheap fix. Not a happy chappie.
