Oh gosh, sounds like you've been carrying around a huge amount of everyone baggage, making sure all your family are ok at your expense, they are so lucky to have you.
Time for you now, it'll be hard but your health depends on you being strong for yourself
Definitely when your ready, let your mum know exactly what you have been going through, if she doesn't want to listen or throws it back at you, then step away from her, not totally but maybe not be so hands on, and say no to her more.
Sadly I didn't get on with my mum, she wanted me to visit etc when she was older, but I had no feelings for her at all, when she passed it was sad, but I just moved on thinking, thank god no more phone calls etc. she left me at 10yrs old with my Dad whom I cherished.

Thank you ❤️. I’m so sorry your Mum left you at such a tender age. That’s just so sad and awful. I don’t think anyone on this forum doesn’t have baggage of some sort - life is hard going for a lot of us.
My husband is away tonight for three days and I’m really feeling sick with the anxiety. I’m actually feeling mild terror at getting a phone call from Mum or my sister! Sounds daft, I know. So, I think it’s time to put on my jammies and make dinner for me and the girls. My youngest has exams this week, but term is over already (!!) for my eldest at uni, so she’ll help me and snuggle on the sofa. Really, they are great girls and I love them so much. Maybe even one of our cats will deign to lie in my lap! Xxx
