Thanks again, my worries have diminished a bit, after a chat with a friend who has the same illness.
Have been taking Piriton and that seems to have helped too.
Some nights are better than others.
I have always avoided caffeine in the evenings.
Room temperature... my wife prefers hot, I prefer cool, so we compromise with warmish.
