Dunhelm do an excellent full body pillow.

There's a variety showing on this link. I have an extra large pillow I got from Ikea that seems to do the job.

I do keep seeing Groupon offers for full body U shaped pillows but haven't tried one.

I haven’t tried one, but I think I’d find it a nuisance, taking up too much space, getting in the way when I try to turn over, and so on.

I do find a very small pillow useful, however (I bought one in Tiger, it’s about a foot long an 4” or so in diameter, and filled with small beads). I have a problem with my hip if I lie on my side and my upper knee rests on the mattress. The small pillow placed under my knee relieves the strain on my hip.

I have a Dunhelm large memory foam V pillow that is so vertistile and comfortable. I can use it to support my head and neck whilst propped up in bed, sit on it to support my lower spine and relieve pressure and sacral soreness with the 'arm's of the V supporting the backs of my thighs, or use it sideways wrapped in a sheet with the arms touching to make a comfy pillow for my hips.

They are more pricey than the fibre filled versions or the memory crumb filled body pillows, but they are the best l have ever tried, and that includes all kinds of speciality disabled casalated cushions and gel pads designed to help prevent pressure sores.

There is nothing quite like a body pillow. So comfortable, takes the strain off legs and back. I think about £20 in Dunelm and worth every penny. Would be without mine

They were called a bolster years ago. I got one for my husband from Aldi last year after he had his hip replacement op. Might be worth checking if they ate still available.
