Has anyone ordered from them? I have my eye on a top but can only get as far as "add to bag", can't see "proceed to checkout", so what am I missing? and I have read the reviews but the top is only £10 something so prepared to take a risk.

Using the mobile site, add to bag, go to bag and then checkout button is at the bottom of the page. Presumably the desktop version is similar.

Just had a play... on the main site, not mobile...

Any item without options goes straight through, but if there are options, you must click them first... colour, size etc.
Then a click of the "Add to bag" button briefly changes the button to "Added!" then is quickly followed by a pop-up, which states "Added to cart successfully" (and a green tick).
It shows you what you have added, and gives the option to "Continue shopping" or "View cart and checkout".

Additionally, top right of the page shows a "Handbag" logo and a number disc showing the number of items in your shopping bag.

I strongly suspect you need to confirm colour and size options before clicking the "Add to bag".

... Failing that, I'd double check your credit worthiness... you may have been blacklisted!!

I’m in the middle of a bad experience with Banggood and I think they’re the same company. I wouldn’t order from them at all.

Well, I have managed to order from my mobile, as I said, not much money to lose if no good. I did click colour, size etc on my laptop but no joy.

Perhaps a different internet browser would help
I use internet eplorer and firefox some sites dont always work correctly on one browser so then i use the other

Ive ordered from them on several occasions shoes and dresses and never had any problems-good quality and quite cheap. The only issue is sometime they might not have any stock and it will take longer to come whilst they wait for new stock; usually arrive within two-three weeks.
