Morning all ,
Anyone been in touch with the English speaking reps at ADAC recently and can give me a way forward ? they seem to have changed their contact numbers from the ones I have and I can only get through to a German spoken prompt machine to renew my membership which I am unable to use as I speak no German , I tried emailing four days ago but no reply , thanks
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
Thanks blue expo , tried the suggested number which stuart used and it turned out as the number I have also , but as I don't understand the German spoken prompt machine I was unable to move forward to an English speaking rep.
I've have now emailed one of the contacts as suggested by val and hopefully will get a result .
Thanks stuart,
I can't even get through on the breakdown number but as I've already stated I have no idea what the machine is saying to me and then it just cuts off completely , where you able to get straight through to the English speaking rep stuart , or are you able to understand German ? I know you've spent many years abroad so wonder if German is one of your languages .
I've tried 3 numbers so far stuart and I keep getting cut off by the machine so it has occurred to me that if I can't get through on the actual breakdown number they have supplied it also will be of no use to me in the event of a breakdown.
So Sarfend boys are easier to be approached by Germans ? I'm happy with that , ;-)
Update ,
I emailed the suggested address for ann-katrin zintl at ADAC by val , and have already received an email back with renewal instructions , I have also asked for telephone number confirmations .
Thanks all .
