No rules, no timetable..........Eat when your Hungary, drink when your thirsty, sleep when your tired and rise when you wake. 😀👍
Exactly my philosophy now that I am retired Mike, after being ruled by the clock most of my life.

Unfortunately on most campsite there is a noise curfew so you will still be ruled by the clock

I don't really think of that as a rule, just common courtesy. We don't make much noise anyway. I still do as Mike does.
I get up when I'm ready. Might be 7am, might be 1030am. I go to bed when I get tired. Might be 9pm, might be midnight. Often don't even bother with a watch. I'm retired, why should I bother about time?
I like a nice lie in but I have noticed increasingly over the last few years that many sites that we stay at are closing the toilets for cleaning earlier and earlier. Last year we were on a site that closed the toilets from 10-12 so if you weren’t showered by 10 then hard luck! It kind of ruined my mornings!

Often, sites with more than one shower block close them at different times to eliminate this problem. This was certainly the case with Sandringham C&CC site we were on last month.
