Don't think there's a filter for that on Camp Site Search, but you could try "Sites with Rally Fields" and "Glamping" like this one fairly local to you, for instance?

Have it in Scotland. It's currently the only part of the UK where you can have a legally recognised 'Humanist' wedding anywhere you like as long as its 'safe and dignified'.   Alternatively in England & Wales, you could have a short Civil wedding to make things legal and then have the wedding ceremony anywhere you liked.

Sounds like a lot of fun, weather permitting! I'd be a bit nervous of everyone listening in to any wedding night antics, though... you know what it's like on a camping field. Maybe a glamping pod might be advisable for the happy couple?!

Pop-up Campsites near Brighton have a field (plus pavilion) for wedddings.

Try your local scout camp sites. One near us in Dulwich Woods hires out a field, kitchen ad function room for private events at certain times of the year.

Try small farm sites near you.

It depends on the number attending the venue but if you contact a marguee company that caters for such events they may well have a list of campsites that have been previously used. I seen one in Leicestershire about 5 years ago but the visitors to the wedding were all in caravans but the fact is that I think an official marquee erecting company can obtain a rally field under licence by the local council. However, people in caravans are self sufficient regarding toilet facilities etc. so campers under canvas will need a building with amenities on site which approaching a marquee company may be the right step in the right direction. It's not going to be easy trying to hire a rally field without an official exemption certificate which is what all landowners need to retain their operating licence with the county council.

Depends what you mean by a 'camping wedding' ... we actually got married at a registry office, but everything else was done in a field! We knew a site that would let us have the rally field so there was room for everyone who wanted to camp/caravan for the weekend. For the evening, we used two of those big party tents to make one big space, and we did a big buffet for 60 people out of 4 caravan kitchens! It took a group effort to pull it off, but it was a lot of fun, is still talked about with much laughter and affection 11 years on, and it was cheap (less than &1000 all in, including hiring a coach to take everyone from the campsite to the wedding ceremony and back again).

i would see if we could get somewhere we could hire the on site hall put we had a party when we got engaged i think i would rather people got merry there own way and found there own excitement i said to my mum it would be funny playing bowls cricket ect in a dress . i spent many happy hours as a child on holiday doing this
