Has anyone ordered off Instagram those BBQ sheets to stop food sticking ??
I ordered and paid for them on 23rd April and still no delivery?
Like a fool I've accidently deleted the email and can not remember the name of the company except they were based in Bristol ???
I paid £14.99 for a pick of 2.
Has anyone else done this and received goods or not from either Instagram/Facebook adverts ??
Or has anyone seen advert and remembered the name of the company

check your bank statement, hopefully that has the name for the payment on it

I wouldn't ever buy through either, far too many scams.

By all means take advantage of the ad to bring an item to your attention, but Amazon sell everything!

I agree with the above.

Have you checked your bank statement to see if the transaction has been processed (you know the date and the amount so should be able to whittle it down). You could then contact your bank for further details. Or, if the transaction hasn't been processed yet, put a block on it / your card and ask for a replacement card.

Oh, and, although you've deleted the email, have you deleted your trashcan?

If you are using Outlook for emails, it's quiet easy to recover the deleted email,,on the main page on the left is a line that says DELETED just click on that and it will be there and you can then send it back to where you can read and save it.

Check your E-Mail folders.
You may have a folder labelled "deleted". This will hold deleted E-Mails for about a month (depending upon settings) before final deletion.

I did that but it was not a scram the stuff came but took 6 weeks as it came from China the web site didn't tell you that. So you still have time for it to come.

They sound the same as the ones I got from a local retailer in my town a few weeks back for just £8.99. I received mine ok they just handed them over the counter to me along with a smile and a voice, I guess that's the advantage of shopping in real shops

If I am about to buy anything over the Internet I try to remember to check when the article would arrive and where it comes from after ordering something off Amazon and then finding out that it was cheaper because it came from China and I had to wait nearly 6 weeks and then it was incorrect!
